Dr. Rekha Chauhan
Ms. Rekha Chauhan is a highly regarded psychologist and mental health educationist, bringing over 15 years of expertise to 90 Minutes Football Club. An alumnus of the Indian High School, Dubai, and Delhi University graduate, Ms. Chauhan has advanced qualifications in Psychology, Guidance & Counseling, and Rehabilitation Psychology.
As an Adolescence & Parenting Coach, Ms. Chauhan has guided children, parents, and educators across CBSE schools, and conducted impactful workshops on Mental Health Awareness and POCSO nationwide. She contributed as a subject expert to the Ministry of Education’s Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti and helped develop counseling guidelines for the Central Tibetan Administration's Department of Education.

Her dedication to inclusion and empowerment is further reflected in her role as an organizing member of the National Conference on Understanding Disabilities & Mental Health. Currently, she is a committee member for the Working Group on Mental Health (Manodarpan), Ministry of Education, championing mental health at a national level.
